Plastic Projection Screens

The idea is good, but if you hurry just read these two books Bigini on 90 and 99 film classics, edited by Cairo Editore.
are actually two comics. The designs cute, but you could do better.
Some film titles: Blues Brothers, A Clockwork Orange, Psycho, Blud Runner, The Good the Bad and the Ugly.
Some books The Master and Margarita, Gulliver's Travels, Crime and Punishment, The Three Musketeers, Our Man in Havana.
strips have devastating irony, though sometimes not very exacerbate it fun content. They can still serve the various critics of the press to review a bit 'better films and books.

BEFORE THE NIGHT IS (web site of Charles Pastors)

Marina Corradi
Before night comes
Marietti

Reading this book captures the author's ability to tell the details of life, situations, things, with a disarming simplicity and attention.
The beginning is a hymn to life, but all about a vanishing point that is outside of man.
writes poetry when he talks about a page of an ear of corn that, somehow, has grown between the tram rails in a Milan cement. He writes a page instead of today when he talks about fitness at lunch, with the beauties prance in the locker room.
describes our tics and our daily stories in an ironic way, but at the same time suffered.
The husband wants to divorce because they entered a house cat, but then gets caught by his wife while talking to the cats, that have since become two.
women waiting to give birth who have anxiety, are the swimming, gymnastics, breathing pre-natal care, etc. .. But once you do not give birth at home?
notes and tells the truth.

Theatrical
Directed by Charles Pastors
with Walter Muto
Company Almadeira

After reading the book you're going to absolutely see the play, directed by Charles pastors, with the participation of musician Walter Muto, and Company Almadeira.
brave and spoken text by the two young actresses with the alternation of song and the irony (even physical) of Muto and pastors.
Scenography minimalist but essential.
What is true are the words.

B&l Spooting Scope History

The energy is ending

wake of natural disaster and the impending nuclear disaster in Japan, has raised an incredible energy debate. All are fighting on a type of energy, nuclear energy. But I want to remove me from the pack. I want to expand my horizons and see what the energy situation in the world and especially in Italy today.

Turn off the lights does not save the world
First I want to dispel a myth. Using low energy light bulbs and remembering to turn off the LEDs of televisions do not save the world. Italian per capita consumption in 2007 amounted to 5,372 kWh, of which 1,132 kWh in households (source: http://www.enerpoint.it/solare/scopri-il-solare/risparmiare-energia/consumi-energetici. php ). This means that 24-24h off all lights and bulbs and appliances in our homes short if not everyday use, the energy needs of our country would be reduced by about 20%. Which is quite unthinkable. If we were all good environmentalists and we follow strictly the rules of the indispensable, we will probably save 5%.

All this to say what? To say that we should not be impressed by the huge numbers that tell us! If you turn off a led tonnes of CO2 savings per year, if you do this you close a central ... Yes, they are real numbers, but we're talking about a 5% of our energy. Saving energy will not save the world. About utters these sentences are talking to get publicity, to grab the consents. It is enough.

Continuing the conversation you ask you, how are we then to consume the other 80%? Well in per capita consumption is included all the energy of the country, then all that part of those 5000kWh that we use in our house, they use industries. The industrial sector consumes more energy that we can not imagine why our houses are nothing.

solar panels and renewable
But then, if we put two panels on the house we struggle to feed itself, how can we expect an industry to work with renewables? It is currently not possible. The simple truth is that our country uses energy, so much energy, and when we have so little that we have to buy it from abroad.
Just click on the image to enlarge
Here a very interesting and graphic reference to Italy, which shows the origin of our kW. We can see different things. First, that our demand for energy seems to have declined slightly in recent years, but due to the economic crisis, not environmentalists. Secondly'll notice that most the energy is produced from renewable "Thermoelectrics". In other words pertrolio, coal, gas, biomass, anything that can burn. Another major part is produced from hydro, and the third largest party is acquired and nuclear ...! Hence it is easy to say that 20 years ago was a mistake to suspend the development of nuclear energy. But nuclear power today do not want to talk.

Bensi want to talk about another fact that does not jump immediately to the eye instead. The fact that hydro-section (and even here there would be a great issue with), Italy produces a negligible amount of renewable energy. And this despite the strong incentives on the last PV years. Why? Simply because the PV is still technologically backward. With government incentives, if the PV was really a viable alternative for industries (and I repeat industries because they are the ones that determine the energy demand!) That you would not have used?

The problem is that nowadays with the PV is not going anywhere. The money incentives were in my opinion a waste of money, appropriated them as usual for some politician to have the support of the electorate. If instead of mounting panels just as efficient as we have now scattered all over Italy, we had invested in energy research sources, perhaps we would already be a step forward. Rassegnamoci idea that it will take decades more before reaching a good level of renewable technology, and meanwhile we are free. Without energy, as well as free energies.

What to do?
Then the polluter and oil is running out, bad news coming for coal and gas, renewables and nuclear power are not ready, that he is ending but it would give a hand to the long time ... scary . I do not want to leave you with my answer because I do not have the presumption that it is the right one, but I want you poniate a question.

So what do we do?

Shahbaz Bhatti, a Catholic martyr

I want to serve Jesus
Shahbaz Bhatti, 02/03/2011

"I have been proposed senior the government and I was asked to give up my battle, but I always refused, even at the risk of my life. My answer was always the same: "No, I want to serve Jesus by common man."

This devotion makes me happy. I do not want popularity, I do not want positions of power. I just want a place at the feet of Jesus I want my life, my character, my actions speak for me and say that I am following Jesus Christ. This desire is so strong in me that I consider myself privileged if - in my effort and my struggle to help the needy, the poor, the persecuted Christians in Pakistan - would accept the sacrifice Jesus of my life. I want to live for Christ and for Him I die. I feel no fear in this country.

Many times, the extremists tried to kill me and imprison me, I have been threatened, persecuted and terrorized my family. The extremists, a few years ago, they even asked my parents, my mother and my father, to dissuade me from continuing my mission to help the Christians and the needy, otherwise I would lose. But my father has always encouraged me. I say that as long as I live, until his last breath, I will continue to serve Jesus and this poor, suffering humanity, Christians, the needy and the poor.

want to tell you that I find much inspiration in Holy Bible and the life of Jesus Christ. The more I read the New and the Old Testament, Bible verses and the word of the Lord and most are strengthened my strength and my determination. When I reflect on the fact that Jesus Christ has sacrificed everything, God has sent His own Son for our redemption and our salvation, I wonder how I can follow the path of Calvary. Our Lord said, "Come with me, take up your cross and follow me." The steps I love most of the Bible state: "I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you visited me in prison and you came to me. " Thus, when I see the poor and needy, I think Jesus is in their appearance to meet me.

So I always try to be helpful, along with my colleagues, to give assistance to the needy, the hungry, the thirsty. "

Steve Jobs - Be Foolish - Part 1

Stanford University, June 12, 2005.
Steve Jobs, Apple and creator of the world of Pixar ( for the uninitiated, cartoons) delivers a speech to the graduates' day.

tells three stories.

The first is about connecting the dots.
given up for adoption with the assurance that he could attend college, he abandoned it after six months to take a calligraphy class, which fascinated him. It was important a decade later when he worked on the first Macintosh.
We trust that the dots will join in the future, we must believe in something, that makes a difference.

The second story is of love and loss.
After creating Apple in a garage at twenty to thirty he was dismissed, dismissed. But it was not bad, indeed. Groundhog Day, he founded the NeXT and Pixar, the leader in animation.
The NeXT was purchased by Apple and now it is the heart. At the same time fell in love and married, creating a wonderful family. Did not give up, because he liked what he had done.
You have to find what you love.
And this applies to the work and suffering. If you have not found continue to look for it, do not settle. With all my heart know when you find it.

The third story is of death.
MEMENTO MORI: this he repeated to himself, trying to live each day as if it were your last. He was found with pancreatic cancer. It was work.
graduates leave this message not to lose time:
The most important thing is to follow your heart and your intuition.
BE Foolish.
