When all the bulwarks of the institutions have fallen, we have one last lifeline here in Italy. It's called the President of the Republic and now more than ever I see him as my president and I say this with pride!

If we were light on a documentary, the voice pronounce words like this:
"use of a man" great president! "That breaks the silence of expectation, about 200 people who braved the cold for a 'now in place with a warm round of applause greeted the President Napolitano! CommEvent then a father in his shoulder after taking her daughter invited her to cheer louder ... "
He is and should be the face of Italy. People who listened to his speech at the end of year, those who have read his commentary on the Reform Gelmini who reluctantly had to sign knows that behind a face worn by the years there is a clear mind and honest in reporting as few problems in this country and in pointing out a guideline to follow.
Certainly his role is that of guarantor of the constitution, can not control or prevent the government from doing it, but you need to do in my opinion this man does, with a seriousness and a sense institutions that ALL politicians who roam the legislature should admire and instead snob. Italians must rely on him, many Italians are counting on him! The President must know to be supported by all of us to have the strength to prevail in this bleak political landscape.
